This calculator uses the following assumptions.

Maximum borrowing is a multiple of between 2.50 and 5.00 times total income less annualised outgoings.

The initial £95 analysis fee is non refundable. The mortgage fee is not refundable should you decide not to proceed with the mortgage once the mortgage offer has been issued.
